About the Presenter: Debra Rudd is the past Executive Director for the Arizona Board of Appraisal. She has been an Arizona Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 1991 with over 45 years of experience as a Real Estate Appraiser and 40 years as a Review Appraiser. In addition, she is an approved VA Compliance Inspector, Contract Investigator for AZDIFI, and Qualified Expert Witness with an SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Social hour is from 5-6 p.m. The meeting is from 6-7:30 p.m.
The meal comes with a salad with Lasagna, Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter, Rich Meat Sauce and Spumoni for dessert. Tea, coffee, and sodas are included.
The fee for the meeting is $10. The fee for the meeting and dinner is $25.
