• Equipment: A laptop computer or tablet device is required for participants who choose to bring digital copies of the books.
• Registration starts at 8:00 a.m.

About the Instructor: Debra Rudd is the past Executive Director for the Arizona Board of Appraisal. She is an Arizona Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 1991 with over 45 years of experience as a Real estate Appraiser and 40 years as a Review Appraiser. In addition, she is an approved VA Compliance Inspector, Contract Investigator for AZDIFI, and Qualified Expert Witness.
