CoAA Dinner/Meeting - Bobby Q's

Join us on April 24 at Bobby Q's (1610 S. Stapley Dr., Mesa).  Our speaker will be George Easton.

George is currently vice president of Quality Control with a national AMC based here in Mesa where he personally reviews files and interacts with appraisers across the country every day.  He focuses on challenging files where there may be issues with Collateral Underwriter or issues with analysis in general, and also interacts with lender client partners who ultimately want to sell these loans to Fannie or other investors.  George has been appraising for 16 years of which 14 have been in the valley and he still enjoys strapping houses even in the hot summer.  He's also done post foreclosure review with some of you in this room. This evening he will be going over the fundamentals of how AMCs QC review appraisals, how CU reports drive the review process and ways that he believes appraisers across the country can tweak their analysis and narrative in order to make their reports more coherent and thus less prone to push back from AMCs or underwriters.

The social hour is from 5-6 and the meeting is from 6-8.

There is no fee to attend the meeting.  There is a $25 cost if you plan to join us for the buffet dinner.
