Cost Approach, Site Extraction, and Market Conditions Analysis

Join us on Feb. 21 at the Spoke & Wheel, 8525 N Central Avenue in Phoenix for a CoAA Dinner/Meeting. We will discuss the Cost Approach, Site Extraction, and Market Conditions Analysis and there will be a Membership Q&A.  This is also be an opportunity to meet your newly-elected board members.

Our speaker for this meeting is Brandon Reich.  Brandon is a designated appraiser with NAIFA and has been working as a residential appraiser in the Valley since 2005. In addition to performing appraisals he also does consulting work for AMCs and develops software for appraisers. His products, Spark and TrendSheet, help appraisers with market conditions analysis, adjustment support, and loading comp data into their reports. Most recently Spark has been updated to include cost data to fill out your cost approach and in February will also be able to help with site value using both the extraction and allocation methods.

Social hour is from 5-6 p.m.  The meeting is from 6-8 p.m.  Here is the menu for this meeting.  The fee for dinner $20.
