CoAA: rebuilding our community, renewing our Purpose

The Coalition of Arizona Appraisers (CoAA) is embarking on an exciting journey of renewal and growth. While our original missions to serve and protect the interests of Arizona's professional appraisers remains close to our hearts, we're taking a step back to strengthen our foundation.

Our Current Focus is on:

1. Building a vibrant membership community through togetherness events.

2. Providing valuable appraisal insights

3. Hosting Consistent education events

Through these efforts, we aim to create a robust network of appraisal professionals who can support each other and advance our field. We believe that by fostering a strong, engaged community, we'll be better positioned to advocate for our profession in the future.

We invite all Arizona Appraisers to join us in this revitalization. Together, we can build a thriving organization that will eventually return to our roots of legislative advocacy and industry advancement, but with an even stronger voice and more united membership.

The holiday season is here, and we'd love for you to join us for a Holiday Social Hour!

It's been a year of big changes for our profession, and this is a great chance to step away from the desk, connect with your peers, and swap perspectives. We'll set aside time for an informal discussion on:

UAD 3.6 and what it means for our day-to-day work

Your questions, experiences, and tips from the field

Beyond the conversation, this is simply a chance to catch up with colleagues, meet new faces, and enjoy some holiday cheer. [Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided / nonalcoholic drinks and appetizers are on us.]
