CoAA Holiday Social Hour December 9th

Dear CoAA Members,

The holiday season is here, and we'd love for you to join us for a Holiday Social Hour!

Date: Wednesday, December 9th

Time: 5 pm – 7 pm

Location: Hundred Mile Brewing

690 N Scottsdale Rd,

Tempe, AZ 85281

It's been a year of big changes for our profession, and this is a great chance to step away from the desk, connect with your peers, and swap perspectives. We'll set aside time for an informal discussion on:

• Changes shaping the appraisal profession
• UAD 3.6 and what it means for our day-to-day work
• Your questions, experiences, and tips from the field

Beyond the conversation, this is simply a chance to catch up with colleagues, meet new faces, and enjoy some holiday cheer. [Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided / nonalcoholic drinks and appetizers are on us.]

Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Feel free to bring a colleague who may be interested in joining us!

We hope to see you there.

Warm regards,

Coalition of Arizona Appraisers
