  About the Instructor: Melissa Bond is a Certified Residential Appraiser licensed in Mississippi, Louisiana, and West Virginia. Since 1994, she has been the sole proprietor of her real property appraisal practice. She is also a Continuing Education Provider for 21+ years and served on Appraisal Standards Board, the National Association of Appraisers Board of Directors, the Mississippi Coalition of Appraisers Board of Directors as well as a plethora of committees and association chair positions.

  As a Continuing Education Provider and course author, she has personally developed over 50+ continuing education.

  In 2021, Melissa developed and implemented the first-in-the-nation appraiser training practicum program for aspiring appraisers. This practicum is a successful pathway to licensing that is far superior to the supervisor/trainee pathway to licensing. She is in her 6th success appraiser training program. Her students have a significantly higher success rate of passing the national licensing exam surpassing the national average by approximately 22%.

  Understanding UAD 3.6: Preparing for the New Appraisal Reporting Requirements

  This four-hour continuing education course will provide residential appraisers with an overview of the Uniform Appraisal Dataset 3.6 and the changes affecting appraisal reporting, data collection, and workflow. Participants will explore the structure of the new reporting format, key terminology and data requirements, and practical considerations for transitioning from current appraisal forms.

  The course is designed to help appraisers better understand what to expect, identify areas that may require additional preparation, and begin developing efficient workflows for UAD 3.6 assignments.
