Today’s legal landscape is more complex than ever for real estate appraisers. Presenter Isaac Peck, President of OREP Insurance, will share the latest developments in appraiser liability, including updates on active legal cases and recent lawsuits that reveal emerging trends and risks (including discrimination-related cases). Appraisers will also hear how the new UAD 3.6 and URAR changes appraiser exposure. Appraisers will gain practical risk management strategies, sample report language, and actionable steps to protect their businesses.
