Craig Morley, GAA, MNAA, has been a full-time real estate appraiser since 1984 and Principal Partner in Accurity Morley & McConkie, A regional appraisal firm with 8 appraisers working in three states with litigation, residential and commercial valuation experience.
His experience includes:
- Full time real estate appraiser licensed in Arizona, Nevada and Utah and actively involved daily in real estate appraisal
- Developed over 500,000 sf of commercial real estate along with several residential subdivisions and recreational properties.
- Past President of the National Association of Appraisers
- Chair of the NAR Real Property Valuation Committee
- Utah Certified Education Instructor for Appraisal and Real Estate
- Past President of the Utah Association of Appraisers
- Past Chair and Board member of the Utah Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board
- Past VP of the Utah Association of Realtors
- Past President of the Washington County Board of Realtors
Craig was appointed by the Board of Trustees of The Appraisal Foundation to serve on the Appraisal Standards Board in 2020. This is a 3 year commitment
