CoAA Dinner/Meeting - Sept. 26, Aunt Chiladas

Join us on September 26th at Aunt Chilada's in Tempe. Our guest speaker will be Mark Buhler.  Mark is a State Licensed Certified Residential Appraiser at CMP Appraisals and has had over 25 years of experience in the Southern California area. As a speaker, Mark has related his knowledge to various real estate, law offices, and appraisal industries.  Mark extends his professional time and attention to making sure that the job is done well. He is not deterred by hard to price homes or difficult listings but makes it a point to explain the process and techniques of appraisals and stands behind his work.

Mark will be speaking (along with a PowerPoint presentation) about Resource and Energy Efficient homes.  Mark regularly speaks with appraisal and Realtor groups regarding how to value energy efficient homes.

There is no fee to attend the meeting.  There is a $25 cost if you plan to join us for the buffet dinner.
