Our speaker for USPAP Compliance will be Susan Alley. Susan is an alumni of MSU with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. She has had her CRA since 1998 and is presently licensed in 15 states. She is a former team lead reviewer for Solidifi in their compliance department. Her responsibilities included coaching appraisers and assisting where needed in the event of FNMA repurchase.
Susan is currently the Owner of Alley Review Services, Florida, where she is a contract USPAP compliance reviewer, assisting clients with special projects such as product development, coordinating efforts and providing feedback in the development process, quality control and coaching on improving USPAP compliance, overall quality and strength of appraisal reports, conduct training conference calls with other reviewers regarding material versus non-material deficiencies as explained in the Truth In Lending interim final rule, and provide litigation support when comparing two differing appraisals on the same property.
Social hour is from 5-6 p.m. The meeting is from 6-8 p.m. There is no fee to attend the meeting. If you want to order dinner, the cost is $25.
