Solar strikes again.  I just completed a sale that has a 5.25Kw owned solar system.  Only one sale in the subdivision, but only has a 9.2 Kw owned solar system.  Remember the saying, “size matters!”  Comps were found and value supported.  Watch for my 4 hr Solar, Wind and More program coming in January, 2021 via Zoom.
